​Fun and exciting self-defense classes await your child. In our martial arts classes for kids in Portland, Oregon, we teach discipline and self-respect, develop character, boost confidence and promote fitness.

TEEN/ADULT PROGRAM

Adults-​strengthen your mind, body, and spirit through our martial arts, karate and self-defense classes.  Apart from great self-defense skills, you will also gain increased power and flexibility, enhanced focus, and better reflexes.​

HYPER FIGHT CLUB

The Hyper Fight Club classes mix a fusion of martial arts sparring combinations, self-defense techniques and drills, plyometrics, combat sprints, sparring games, music, workshops and special events to inspire the world’s top martial arts athletes.
